Brief Biography
Dr. Jun Sheng is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UC Riverside. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2011. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2013. He earned his Ph.D. in Robotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2019. His research interests include imaging-guided surgical robotics, medical devices, and smart materials.
