The candidates must have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Robotics by the starting date. Candidates with at least one of the following research experiences are encouraged to apply:

Recruiting Undergrad and Master Students

We are looking for undergraduate and master students to work on an interdisciplinary project to develop a robotic optical probe for cancer diagnosis. Students will gain experience in the design and fabrication of fiber optic devices and systematic integration with biomedical robots. Students may earn credits (e.g., ME190 and ME 290) or work towards a master thesis through this research project. Candidates should have good hands-on skills, preferably with knowledge in optics (ME 180 or ME 280).
